Step 1: Information Gathering Phase
We need to understand your business, financial requirements and plans for future development. We gather this information by guiding you through completion of an in-depth questionnaire as well as engage in discussions with you to obtain a comprehensive understanding of your unique requirements and intended business venture. The plan will be written in sections, and we will prompt you with our recommended responses to each question wherever possible.
Step 2: Preparation & Consultation Phase
We consolidate and structure the information you provide into a bespoke business plan.
Step 3: Compilation & Completion Phase
You receive complete rights once you have approved our work and paid our fee. We will make any alterations and/or corrections free of charge for a period of 14 days after delivery of first draft.
Business Plan Review:
A complete review and update of your own Business Plan delivering enhancements to a professional level, including financial forecasts and tables. Cost - £300.00
Other Services:
We do not have set prices on our other services. Frequently, the needs of clients are complex and vary over time. We prefer to give you a quotation once the detail has been reviewed and a scoping produced.
For a Quotation
Following initial discussions on requirements and scope we will provide you with a written quotation free of charge. To ensure a rapid response time, the quotation will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of receiving your brief. Work will commence as soon as the quotation is returned with your signature.
Payment
We are independent business planning consultants who appreciate budgetary constraints faced by small business. Our overheads are low and we can pass on this benefit by way of very competitive rates.
